in MediaWiki 1.32 EditPage was removed. This had some buttons which is not in WikiEditor by default (and was used by some users), see screenshot of EditPage (bottom of that page). It is possible to allow WikiEditor toolbar customizations, per user or sitewide. Purpose of such customizations is to add new buttons.

Question is: do we want to allow users to customize their toolbar on the wiki?

If the answer is 'yes', I can create a pull request with the necessary changes to LocalSettings.php
