一些规则：

非动画（原则上只接受日本动画、其他动画酌情处理）
低分辨（600px不应该出现明显噪点，1200px不应该出现字幕模糊）
无字幕（也包括没有吐槽力的截图）
有水印（正版放送的logo除外）

Common reasons for deletion:

Non-anime capture
Doesn't includes subtitles
Low resolution (blurry scene or subtitle)
Watermarked (exception: legal streaming service logo)
