As stated in #379, Bisq should keep increasing trading fee % at a steady pace until total average trading fee reaches to the 0.8% target. This goal has never been reached even for a single cycle, and since more trading fees are being paid in BSQ in this last 2 cycles, the trading fees collected in relation to trading volume were under 0.7%.
I propose to raise BTC and BSQ trading fees a 10%, keeping the current 50% discount when paying in BSQ.
*Calculated with 24.300 USD/BTC and 0.85 USD/BSQ.
0.011 is the trading fee per 1BTC traded, and it's equivalent to 267USD.
157.24 BSQ is the trading fee per 1BTC traded, and it's equivalent to 133.65USD (50% discount when paid in BSQ).
With the the sudden raise in BTC price last day, I'm not sure if new trading fees were needed. Anyway, this proposal closes last update thread, #380.
