per_page seems to give error for specific genome version #90

This returns database error (500):
https://api.mistdb.caltech.edu/v1/genomes/GCF_000743115.1/signal-genes?where.ranks=chemotaxis&page=1&per_page=100

This does not:
https://api.mistdb.caltech.edu/v1/genomes/GCF_002850455.1/signal-genes?where.ranks=chemotaxis&page=1&per_page=100
