Highlight selected proposals/candidates in the scroll bar #82

Show little markers in the progress bar at the positions of selected proposals/candidates. This could look similar to the scroll bar of Sublime Text 4:

The markers can be used to quickly scroll to the position where a user stopped selecting to resume the task.

This is related to biigle/volumes#7 and once implemented here, we could activate the feature for the image flagging in the volume overview, too.
