For every part of the quantms.io format, we should aim to have a JSON representation:

For project file format we have already a JSON representation.
We should have a JSON representation for the absolute expression format and for the differential expression.
We should have a JSON representation for the parquet formats for PSM and feature formats.
Would be good to have a JSON representation for the SDRF, please coordinate with the SDRF team using Issues and PRs JSON representation for the SDRF format proteomics-sample-metadata#696

Any other format within quantms should have a proper JSON representation.
