Column search on wrong colomn when ->remove_column('id')

I can use ->remove_column('id') to remove the id column from the results. When I use the search fields for a column the script doesn't know I removed a colomn. So when I search in colomn 2 it thinks I'm searching in colomn 1.

I hope i'm explaining this well enough :s
