(a) It would be good to put GIFs (PNGs) of the --help-colors and --help-rgb-colors output on web page (where the user is instructed to run them) since a person evaluating ack can't run them yet.
(b) The --man for --help-colors and --help-rgb-colors, their outputs, and the web export of man (with images above), should caution user to re-run color tests with a choice of terminal background colors (or toggle terminal color profiles) if they use more than one console/terminal profile, as which have contrast depends on the background (unless specifying both foreground and background with red on_yellow or rgb111 on_rgb666).
(If i toggle between my three profiles (postit paleyellow with maroon text to Green text on Black to white text on maroon, which color choices have good contrast changes markedly. As is predictable.)
