If you disable factories through "unitrestricted = 0" of unit tweaks, the buildings will show as 'Disabled' and be greyed out in the constructor UI. This works for every factory except for Naval Hovercraft Platforms (of all 3 factions). The naval hovercraft platform will show as a buildable item, but clicking the button will generate an error: " Unable to change active command, 52"

Before the game has started (ie, when placing commanders) it is possible to select the Naval Hovercraft Platform, and place a blueprint to build. The commander will treat the hologram as a part of its normal build queue, but when it reaches build range it gives the error: "Warning: : Build failed, unit type limit reached"
