oddly slow scroll images after Big Sur installation

After installing Big Sur on MacBook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2019), the scrolling of axial mages is extremely slow, but scrolling is normal in MPR 2D... is it happened to someone?

I have the same problem. Import of DICOM images from DVD are also very very slow (less than 5img/sec).
