Osiri-LXIV multiframe images #21
Comments
Could you possibly email me a link for me to download such DICOM file so I can reproduce the problem ? |
Dear Alex!
Link to download multiframe images (copied from CD-Rom)
One singleframe, plus 3 multiframes (consisting of 113, 321 and 541 images)
Everything works fine with Osirix Lite.
Today I tested a little bit, also with the ultrasound scanner.
Problem with Osiri LXIV (and Horos):
CD is automatically scannend (I can hear it), but not displayed as source, no pop-up, no message "xxx images found, what to do..." (yesterday with different settings on the ultrasound scanner for multiframe export I got that message, but only single frames were counted and displayed).
I can import file per file manually from the CD-ROM, but if I choose "Copy links" nothing happens, only if I choose "copy files" everything works fine and I get lines in the db and can open images!
Best regards Thomas

I am not able to reproduce the problem because I don't have a CD drive (I am using a Mac Mini). I placed your files in a directory in my hard disk and I am able to import them in both cases, that is either choosing "Copy Files" or "Copy Links". |
I can not open DICOM multiframe images (from GE ultrasound scanner, on CD from Siemens PACS) with Osiri-LXIV or Horos. They are not even displayed or asked to be imported (only the 5 single frames on the CD).
They can be seen and opened with Osiris Lite 32 bit (6880 images).
