How to build docs locally? Sphinx

I'm trying to test doc changes on my machine but can't get them to render. This is all the info I can find.

I recently installed Poetry which could be causing problems. https://python-poetry.org/docs/basic-usage/

Hmm… just guessing, but any chance it's as simple as pip install Sphinx?

You can try make man in the docs directory, which may report a more useful error.
