Mobile: Using trash can icon to delete shape takes multiple tries to work

After having drawn the geometry for your activity successfully, if you try to delete it using the trash can icon on the draw tools, it will take multiple tries to delete the shape. If you are doing it offline it can take 10+ tries of clicking the trash can and clicking the shape. It takes fewer when online for some reason, but still can take more than 1 try.
