We had the following two questions before preparing our response to this opportunity:

  1. Is the wireframe going to be included in the page limit of 3 pages?
  2. Can you confirm that the Excel spreadsheet is not missing tabs; we don't see a blue tab, side by side, or move complete projects here tab - can you confirm that these are just items for the wireframes?

We have the following questions about the capacity tracking wireframes:

1.) The instructions ask for "a wireframe", but it doesn't seem possible to demonstrate all of the required functionality in one screen. What is the maximum number of screens we can include?
2.) The excel sheet appears to be from a staff member's viewpoint (ie. completing their timeline), however, there are also instructions that seem more administrative (ie. viewing a side by side of all staff members). Which viewpoint should be the focus for the wireframe(s)?
3.) When the staff are completing their timeline, is this just an overview of their tasks? Or are hours needed for accurate capacity planning?

Regarding Lauren-Ara:

  1. No, the wireframe is not to be included in the page count. However, any communications around the wireframe will be part of the page count.
  2. The only tabs that are to be reviewed are included in the excel. There are no hidden or missing tabs. Any language to alternate tabs is solely due to complexity of the form that is outside of this challenge.

Regarding hollyhrynyk:

  1. The intent here is that you will demonstrate 1 wireframe. It is at the discretion of the proponent to determine what content to include in this wireframe.
  2. This would be from the viewpoint of the person responsible to enter in the relevant information. In this case, it is from the lens of the front-line staff, not from management.
  3. This is an overview of tasks, however it is up to the proponent to determine if time tracking in this form brings value or not.

Regarding Lauren-Ara, 2:
That is correct. The wireframe is outside the 3-page count, any explanation or written details regarding the wireframe are within the 3-page count.
