Release dev icons as NPM package

Hi Bas, the dev branch contains some great changes. Could you please release it as an NPM package? Installing from Git causes npm ci to break when run within a Docker build.

FWIW, I’ve forked your project and released the current dev branch as an NPM package myself https://www.npmjs.com/package/@lxg/weather-icons … but I’m happy to remove this as soon as you’ve published the new version.

Hi @basmilius, any updates on this? :)
The version of @lxg is nice, but its size is 35MB (because of png files I suppose)
so it would be really nice to have 3.0 on npm published by you
