Macbook Pro Mid-2012 macOS Monterey installation failed

So, I tried to install Monterey on my MacBook Pro 2012, but it failed on first boot: "Failed to install needed firmware update" or something(it was in Russian, I translated it)
How can I fix that?

are you updating for what version? you can't upload from , in example, lion to big sur, need intermediate versions for apply some firmware updates, like APFS support.
