not sure if this an issue of micro-patcher or something else. My MBP 2012 with Big Sur 13, tried to boot to Recovery mode this morning, but it didn't work. Press Command+R while power on, it didn't load the local hard drive Recovery, but try the Internet Recovery instead, looks like it didn't find the local Recovery volume. diskutil lists the Recovery volume is there. "diskutil apfs list" shows below and it's Recovery role:
+-> Volume disk1s3 CD1D6FCE-4CA7-42F6-B8AE-A48AF171B25C
| ---------------------------------------------------
| APFS Volume Disk (Role): disk1s3 (Recovery)
| Name: Recovery (Case-insensitive)
| Mount Point: Not Mounted
| Capacity Consumed: 619175936 B (619.2 MB)
| Sealed: No
| FileVault: No
Anyone experiences the same or any suggestions? thanks,
