What is the Task

Identify areas of reinvestment for county budgets

Why do we want to do this

Currently, we only have 3 reinvestments in the app

Education, Healthcare, and Social Programs

What are other categories, can we break this out more?

How can I get started?

Research on how counties can utilize their funds

Definition of Done

A new file called reinvestments.MD added that outlines how money can be reinvested into communities instead of going towards policing.
