What you’ll do:

Be a leading voice in team discussions and decisions
Propose and develop technical solutions
Foster adoption of best coding practices and patterns
Engage and ensure the code quality
Understand the front and backend ecosystem and deployment process
Lead the team technically
Benchmark technology and development practices
Maintain documentation, charts and diagrams
Monitor and improve monitoring dashboards
Provide technical guidance to the team
Work in collaboration with the Architecture, Development and Product team

Requisitos

What you'll need:

Experience with software, systems and infrastructure architecture

Experience with Java, Kotlin, Spring framework, and Python

Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases

Experience with microservices architecture and patterns

Experience in micro-frontends pattern

Experience with event-driven architecture

Experience with high-demand software solutions

Azure Dev Ops, Kubernetes, Docker, Test Automation

Experience with Scrum/Kanban

Lead technical discussions

Experience in leading the deployment of systems into production

Experience in a high-paced, high-growth environment working with deadlines and milestones

Comfortable with ambiguity; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done

Excellent time management skills

Have a solid understanding of clean software design principles

Good active listening skills, the ability to empathize with customers, stakeholders

Financial, Bank, Fintech background it's a plus

English - advanced level
