Define the Structure of Different Test Types (integration, end-2-end, canary)

As a developer working on Bacalhau, I would like to has the basic structure of unit, Integration, End-2-End, an Canary test groups defined for me.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Have a basic agreed on definition for each Test group briefly described in a Readme.
2. Have a basic example Test of each defined and running to act as an example for the team to follow. With the TestContainers suite we have set, this should be smoother.
