question about the MaxSubArraySum problem #47

hello. I've got a question about this problem. probably i haven't understood it correctly.
shouldn't the result of this test be 23 instead of 19?

9+8+6 = 23?

hello, as i understand, in this task N parametr is size of window sliding throw array
