Description

This PR is about configuring DVN in layerzero.config.ts so that it selects the preferred DVNs to receive the payload from emitted event and process further (verify --> transport --> delivered).

This feature would enable OApp/OFT build on Subspace EVM chain (aka Nova) to select the DVN before sending the tx.
