Initial release timeline can be ~Feb 20, to give time for AutoGluon v0.7 release and then we can update the Python version ranges to match: #5

TODO prior to release:

Restructure README.md #4
Is SciPy a required dependency? #3
Add automated unit tests using GitHub (@yinweisu)
Wait for AutoGluon v0.7 Release (est: Feb 16th)
Test Python 3.10 Support, only add support once AutoGluon v0.7 is released #5
Informal bug bash
Release autogluon.fair==0.1, depending on autogluon==0.7
