Max Downloads in Filters

Hi,
At present the Max Download option in Filter is having below option:
Per - Hour / Day / Week / Month
Please add option of 15 mins break instead of an hour.
Since seedbox nowadays are very fast and most downloads even upto 100gbs complete in few mins, it would be better to have break of 15 mins between two torrents instead of waiting for an hour. Not keeping break between two torrents results in multiple simultaneous downloads and slow upload credit and bad ratio.
15 mins break is equivalent to 1 hour break few years ago.
