Provide documentation to configure Swissknife to support certificate rotation

As an operator, I want documentation for configuring Swissknife, so that I can make the necessary configuration changes to support certificate rotation for my site.

Swissknife current does not have any formal documentation. This documentation should describe the steps needed to run Swissknife as well as provide a guide for configuring Swissknife from an existing implementation to fit a specific site needs.

Such configuration changes should include (but aren't limited to):

• Changing fqdn to IP addresses if a site does not have fqdns defined.
• Updating the shell executable
• Mapping chages

This could be a MVP deliverable for #1 if that issue is delayed.
