Wrap() だと stack trace が同梱されるのでそちらのほうが良いかもです．

Go modules を使ったほうがいいです．
プロジェクトのルートで go mod init github.com/aratasato/geing-server すると初期化されます．

合わせて，相対 import しているところはすべて直すべきです
