oneOf generate incorrect root model

Same as #1209, but without a weird generated model.

AnyOf_0 is now called OneOf_0 and contains:

import ReservedType from './ReservedType';
class OneOf_0 {
  private _reservedType?: ReservedType;
  private _config?: any;
  private _additionalProperties?: Map<string, any>;
  ...
}
export default OneOf_0;

Which is almost the correct content for Action, with the expectation of the property config which should have been any | PackageAction
