Cannot load ubygems #2

Hi,
I tried to use the script but could not run it:

root@francesco-X8SIL:~/lxc-top# ruby lxc-top.rb 
Traceback (most recent call last):
	2: from lxc-top.rb:1:in `<main>'
	1: from /usr/lib/ruby/2.5.0/rubygems/core_ext/kernel_require.rb:59:in `require'
/usr/lib/ruby/2.5.0/rubygems/core_ext/kernel_require.rb:59:in `require': cannot load such file -- ubygems (LoadError)
