As a mobile player, I need the How to Play content to be pertinent to the controls I have available and not for desktop controls.

Acceptance Criteria
When on a mobile platform and I view the How to Play content there is a brief visual explanation of

  • The virtual movement joystick
  • The virtual aiming joystick
  • Shooting
  • Opening the Arsenal Wheel
  • Interacting with the Silo and Poo Peddler
