Needs to:

take 2 fits files: original image and surrogate image
take a confidence interval or alpha parameter
take a flag for which functions to use
calculate a posterior f(x) + g(x)
calculate threshold using the posterior of the original image, N, and alpha
compare the posterior of the surrogate image to the threshold
