The developed DSM units need to be integrated into the redispatch market clearing algorithm. This integration needs also to be tested. The final goal is to produce results similar to the EEM2024 publication, but within a single run of the ASSUME framework.

Now most of the functionality is in place, the initial formulation will be tested by @paragpatil39 and the PR will be merged
