neural network handwriting recognition system. Experiment is done with off-line isolated Nepali handwritten alphabets and numerals. There are three separate databases for Nepali consonants, vowels and numerals. First of all, system is trained using different samples from databases in supervised manner. And then system is tested against new samples and accuracy is measured. In every database the data was partitioned into two parts, for training and testing.
