Addition to cli to produce spider diagram comparison

I think it would be nice to aim for an addition to the cli where we can point Gelato to directories for gelato runs for different simulation scenarios and it produce a spider diagram / radar chart image. This is ultimately what the user might want to produce themselves but it would be a useful way to get a quick overview of the results without having to look at files individually.

This relies on first:

• Add scaling of KPIs
• "Tagging" KPIs vs. parameters
