Broker name

Is it possible to change via CRD or brokerProperties the broker name that by default is amq-broker as I found within the broker.xml configuration file

Yes it is possible, simple add a name entry in the brokerProperties, such as

@gaohoward thx for the answer. Do you have any document reference where I can find what characters can be used for broker name? I would like to add a sort of validation on my code for this field.

Unfortunately I don't think there is any reference for the name. It's defined as a xml string, but I'd say it would be better to start with java identifier rules.
btw changing the broker name other then amq-broker may not work as expected in a kubernetes environment. It's the tested and verified and may need some future work.

It is important not to change that value, it currently hard coded in the jolokia client used by the operator as it is used as the namespace for jmx mbeans on the broker.
