Ankidroid communication error

Hey Im having some issues with getting it to communicate with anki
I tried the troubleshoot for miui devices but sadly nothing happened
I have Xiaomi 10c with miui 13
It keeps saying there was an issue communicating with ankidroid despite it having all permissions and running in the background also disabled miui optimization which reset all the permissions to all my apps but that still didn't work D:

I was thinking of maybe a workaround?
There's an app called yomiwa and the words you save can be exported later as an anki deck
So I was wondering maybe it's possible to have jidoujisho save the word in like a word list then it can be exported to anki

I managed to get it to work with some trial and error
if it would be possible to add this to the troubleshooting page in case someone might get stuck like I did
What I did was:
1.Uninstall jidoujisho

2.disable miui optimization (do note this will reset ALL the permissions you ever gave to any app you have on your phone)
(Another note on new miui versions this option is invisible there's a button at the bottom that says reset spam click it a bunch of time and this option will appear)

3. Reinstall it
4. Then I opened jidoujisho accepted the all permissions
   added the dictionaries

5.Opened anki gave it all permissions possible
Then I disabled and enabled the API setting that can be found in the advanced section
Then turn on miui optimization or else you won't be able to use the upload book feature and also a bunch of stuff can break
And again it might not appear in the options so just do step 2 again just this time enabling it

After that you are good to go!
