Should the Filters receive by default the scopes from the parent? #1637

Right now when returning the Main filters for the table, no scope send to the getIndexData makes it to the getIndexTableMainFilters function.

Also the getIndexTableMainFilters is completely ignoring the items send, so I guess we can remove that or doing the math based on it.

Thoughts?
