I think it would be good to make it clearer how the primary navigation works inside twill. I spent quite a bit of time before I clicked...
Currently documentation only mentions that you should "structure your routes in the same way like the example".

Either, lets expand the example to include other common situations (eg. buckets) or add error messages if the menu cannot be fully generated for whatever reason.
