Socket Listen Failing after random time and/or connections

Setup Listen on any port.
Wait 10 mins some times. Wait 1 hr. Totally random from what I can tell.

uint8_t WiFiServer::status() {
return ServerDrv::getServerState(0);
}

This goes to 0. Nothing I do short of power cycle will get the listen accepting connections again.

Help!!!!
I have latest firmware, WIFIServer code etc.... I've look through the code completely and it appears like the issue is in the WIFI Shield firmware code.
