Create guidelines for contribution

Hi,
as I see in the readme there is no mentions of whether you accept contributions or give any guidelines.
How about creating a CONTRIBUTING.MD file?
See an example here: nunit/CONTRIBUTING.MD

Or just write a chapter on it in the readme.
