Adding Bombyx LCA to Hive workflow - Prototype

Integrate the Bombyx LCA calculation components into the Hive_FullTemplate.gh.

This issue is on developing a prototype, with, if necessary, ghpython components on the canvas. Once the prototype works...:

This will require adding a new Hive.Core Distributor and Merger component (separate issues):

• DistributorBombyx, that takes all necessary inputs from Hive.Building and Hive.EnergySystems objects, and prepares them into a dataformat that Bombyx needs
• Bombyx components doing their thing
• MergerBombyx, that takes results from Bombyx components and prepares them into a data format that our Hive Results Class needs, and that can be visualized in our Hive Visualizer
