Dapper-Extensions 是支持的，我 fork 修改时只保留了 SqlServer。
要支持 sqlite 的话，要加回 SqliteDialect.cs 来，
DalBaseOfTEntity.cs 里 new SqlServerDialect() 改成 new SqliteDialect()
