Label configurable resources that have unconfigured required fields

feels like maybe we can extend what we're already doing for form fields: https://github.com/apideck-io/unify/blob/master/src/lib/connectionState.ts

I guess need to figure out if we want to just indicate 'has required' on that inital view, or like connection list 'needs configuration'
