Description

The Cypress test startAndEditOpcAdapters.spec.ts fails during the editing of the OPC UA adapter.

Problem

• Nodes in the Browse tab are not loaded when editing the adapter.
• The issue is traced to the StaticRuntimeResolvableTreeInputComponent.

Root Cause

• The static property in StaticRuntimeResolvableTreeInputComponent depends on other properties that do not send their status as completedStaticProperty.
• This behavior can be observed in BaseRuntimeResolvableInput.ngOnChanges.
