どの時点で clone/push するか?

自分のローカルでrailsのWEBrickを動かせる環境の人はclone → rail server 起動して作業 → 終わったらサーバ停止してpush でもいい。
それができない人（大多数）は公開サーバで動いているBlackThunderを使う
公開サーバにログオンする時点でgitアカウントを入力させる？
