[Feature Request] Add Camera Fix

The WoW client has a long standing bug where it resets your cursor back to the center of your screen. This manifests itself in such oddities such as the camera suddenly flipping around.

Would it be possible to add the camera fixes described here to this patcher? (I know the repository says "vanilla tweaks", but the download linked in the discussion has fixes for vanilla, tbc, and wrath clients, as well as Assembly.)
