Description of the feature

Migration work of the transformer toolkit from ACT to PyAEDT needs the following elements that are missing from PyAEDT

Add to the MaxwellCircuitComponents class
-Sinusoidal Current Source
-Sinusoidal Voltage Source

Add to the CircuitComponents class
-CreatePage
-SelectPage
