Add hover style to clicker widget

I would change the color to be dark green when not clicker, and light green when clicked, to match the LED states.
And I'd add the ability to have a different style when hovered.

I'd remove the light green ring around it we have now.

I'd make the hover style add a 2 pixel, white border, like the toggler.
