Now that I am able to run the unit tests, I noticed that hardware_reconfer_test_exe segfaults on my system. What information do you require from me?

This is a known issue. This specific unit tests is known to fail if you are not root since the cpufreq functionality requires special privileges.
Sorry, something went wrong.
A user id check and some error output would be more helpful, rather than just segfaulting.
