Emphasis of Enter key "bottom out" as the point when a signal is initiated. I believe this should be the "actuation" point. #2298

Will keep it short -

If I understand correctly, a switch "actuation" point is when the event is registered on the keyboard. And so, by the time the switch reaches its 'bottom out' point, the current - as mentioned in the applicable section - is actually long gone down the keyboard circuitry by then, right?

Would love to contribute if I am correct, however I am late to picking up my kids right now. Will check back in.
