Allow false positives to be reported to Akismet

When Akismet incorrectly catches as post as spam, it would be great if admins could submit the post as a false positive.

Does nodebb have a system for storing posts flagged as spam for administrator review? Ideally, a forum owner would be able to flag a post as ham, just like they can flag ones that Akismet missed as spam.

it does, but I believe it admins can only moderate posts flagged by other users. if akismet flags a post, it doesn't get even get created. We could let it through then flag it, @julianlam what do you think?
